We are looking for a Technical Purchasing Specialist to participate in national and international industrial projects, joining an engineering company specialized in the development and execution of industrial projects with offices in 📍Madrid.
🎯 What will your mission be?
Manage technical purchasing processes for projects, from receiving requisitions to issuing purchase orders.
Analyze requisitions to request quotes and propose suitable suppliers based on the technical needs of each project.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
Evaluate and compare offers commercially and technically, preparing comparative and economic analyses.
Negotiate with suppliers the purchasing conditions, including commercial terms, delivery times, and contractual conditions.
Manage the issuance and review of purchase orders, ensuring the correct inclusion of clauses, conditions, and technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams, as well as with suppliers, to ensure the proper development of supplies.
Participate in the optimization of purchasing processes and in the search for opportunities to improve costs and commercial conditions.
