The role

We are currently looking to hire a Tunneling and Geotechnical Modeling Engineer with an interest in numerical modeling, to join our ambitious and experienced team.

We work on all project phases, from feasibility studies to detailed designs, across a wide range of projects. Our clients include both the public and private sectors, and we work under long-term framework agreements with various local authorities, as well as design and construction contracts (Design & Build) with major contractors.

Our office has a solid track record in developing designs over many years in the United States and Australia, as well as in Canada and the Middle East. You will have the opportunity to participate in some of the most iconic projects in Transportation, Water, and Mining, within a diverse and multicultural environment in Europe (Poland/Spain).

Working with multidisciplinary and international teams, these will be some of your responsibilities:

Developing numerical modeling analyses for geotechnical and tunneling engineering projects, primarily using FLAC3D and other specialized tools.
Participating in projects at different phases: conceptual, feasibility, detailed design, and construction support.
Actively participating in digitalization initiatives, including the development and implementation of new modeling tools and methodologies.
Taking responsibility for work packages or smaller-scale projects, ensuring high technical quality in deliverables.
Preparing clear, concise, and rigorous technical documentation, reviewed by senior engineers.
Performing quality control on your own work and supporting peer reviews.
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, contributing to team development.
