• Participate in the management and monitoring of judicialized claims files, collaborating in documentary review and associated validation processes.

• Provide support in the coordination and relationship with law firms and external providers, contributing to the correct development of the actions and services contracted.

• Collaborate in the economic management of files, participating in the review and processing of payments related to providers, recoveries, and policyholders.

• Learn how recovery and debt collection processes work, supporting invoice monitoring and the correct allocation of costs.

• Provide support in the review and control of information, guaranteeing data quality and compliance with established procedures.

• Participate in initiatives for the improvement and optimization of administrative processes linked to the Claims and Legal Services area.

• Vocational Training in Administration and Management areas.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially email and Excel.

• Meticulous person with good written communication skills to interact effectively with different departments, providers, and clients.

• Proactive, resourceful, and with a high level of empathy to facilitate coordination and collaborative work.
