Aernnova is strengthening its Procurement team!

What you'll do

Manage and maintain purchasing data and LN system parameters, providing support to procurement, industrialization, and supplier management activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, cost optimization, and the availability of contractual and operational information.

Main tasks

LN System Parameter Management

• Review, identification, correction, and maintenance of purchasing parameters in LN.

• Management of part-supplier relationships.

• MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) management.

• Price list management.

• Preparation and uploading of prices, contractual texts, and other parameters.

• Validation of manufacturers in accordance with customer requirements.

• Requests for the creation of new parts in LN.

KPI Preparation and Monitoring

• Monthly preparation and monitoring of KPIs for FMAs (SPOT vs. CONTRACT).

Industrialization Support

• Identification of common materials.

• Market research for required materials.

• Comparison of offers and assignment of the best proposal.

"False B1" Support

• Identification of ANN contracts.

• Sharing of contractual information (prices, lead times, etc.).

• Support in the creation of accounts.

Plant Request Support

• Assistance with new material requirements coming from the plants.
