Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Topography or similar, with certifiable training as an Ultrasonic Inspector or Non-Destructive Testing Association.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience performing the described functions.
IT skills: Intermediate level in Excel; knowledge of SAP and Tablet for data recording is valued.

Nice to have

Valuable: Basic PRL SCC training for the specific job position (20h).

What profile are we looking for?

The role

We are selecting profiles to fill the position of Ultrasonic Inspection at our plant in Aerotecnic Composites de El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). The selected person will mainly carry out the following tasks:

What you'll do

Verify the suitability of the product to customer specifications using ultrasonic equipment as a measuring instrument.
Handle measuring instruments (caliper, thickness gauge, tape measure, and thickness gauges).
Keep inspection records in the applicable documentation, both customer and internal, and ensure full traceability of the inspected product.
Notify and document in the system (SAP, Inspection Instructions...) any incidents found during the inspection process to the relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and customer audits.
Know the internal procedures and formats of the quality system applicable to inspections.
Ensure the documentation applied to each process (inspection instructions, interpretation of aeronautical drawings...).
