Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

Experience: at least 3 years performing the same functions in the aeronautical sector, in materials and processes.

Languages: Advanced English.

Computer tools: Advanced level in Excel, SAP (MM; PP, QM), and CATIA.

Nice to have

Knowledge/experience in PMP Project Management.
Advanced knowledge/experience in advanced aeronautical manufacturing technologies within the scope of the business.

The role

We are selecting profiles to fill the position of Industrialization PM at our Aerotecnic Metallic plant (Seville). The selected person will carry out the following tasks:

What you'll do

Project management: generate the schedule, review team assignments, lead kick-off meetings, control, monitor and adjust costs, time, indicators... of the project, track tasks, report project status, prepare project closure documents, and prepare associated documents.
Client management: act as the single point of contact with the client regarding the project, manage control of client-related tasks, lead follow-up meetings, and prepare progress reports.
Management of the team assigned to the project: set project objectives and lead team organization sessions.
