Laser Verification Personnel

We are selecting profiles to fill the position of Laser Verification Operator at our plant in Aerotecnic Composites in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). The selected person will mainly carry out the following tasks:

• Verify the suitability of the product against customer specifications using the Laser Tracker as a measuring instrument.
• Handle measuring instruments (caliper, thickness gauge, tape measure, and thickness gauges).
• Keep inspection records in the applicable documentation, both customer and internal, and ensure full traceability of the inspected product.
• Notify and document in the system (SAP, Inspection Instructions...) any incidents found during the inspection process to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support internal and customer audits.

• Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Surveying or similar, with accredited training in Aeronautical Verification and Laser Tracker.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience performing the described functions.
• IT Tools: Intermediate level in Excel, knowledge of SAP and Tablet for data recording is valued. Software: PCDMIs.

• Valuable: Basic OHS training for the specific job position (20 hours).

Estamos seleccionando perfiles para cubrir el puesto de Operario/a Verificación Láser en nuestra planta de Aerotecnic Composites de El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). La persona seleccionada realizará principalmente las siguientes tareas:

• Verificar la adecuación del producto a las especificaciones del cliente utilizando como instrumento de medida el Láser Tracker.
• Manejo de instrumentos de medida (calibre, pinza de espesor, cinta métrica y galgas de espesor).
• Dejar registros de la inspección en la documentación aplicable, tanto de cliente como interna y dejando total trazabilidad del producto inspeccionado.
• Notificar y documentar en el sistema (SAP, Instrucciones de Verificación…) a los grupos de interés las incidencias encontradas durante el proceso de inspección.
• Atención a auditorías internas y de clientes.

• Formación: CFGM o CFGS de Topografía o similar, formación acreditable en Verificación Aeronáutica y Láser Tracker.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia realizando las funciones descritas.
• Herramientas informáticas: Nivel medio en Excel, valorable conocimiento en SAP y Tablet para registro de datos. Software laser: PCDMIs.

• Valorable: Formación básica PRL SCC para el puesto de trabajo específico (20h).
