Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience in BIM modeling applied to building projects, preferably of a unique nature or high technical complexity.
Proficiency in BIM modeling tools, especially Autodesk Revit.
Knowledge of construction systems, architectural representation, and technical project documentation.
Ability to work in a coordinated manner with multidisciplinary teams.
Availability to travel and participate in national and international projects.

Nice to have

Knowledge of the ISO 19650 standard and BIM information management standards.
Experience in BIM coordination, interoperability, and working with federated models.
Knowledge of model coordination and review tools.
Good level of English and knowledge of other languages.
Previous experience in international projects and multidisciplinary collaborative environments.

The role

At AERTEC, we want to incorporate a BIM Modeler with experience in the development of unique building projects of high technical complexity using BIM methodology into our Architecture team.

We are looking for a person with solid technical knowledge, the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and the motivation to participate in architecture and engineering projects of high technical demand, both nationally and internationally.

What you'll do

Development, preparation, and updating of BIM models for architecture and building projects.
Generation of plans, graphic documentation, and technical documentation associated with the projects.
Modeling and definition of solutions and construction elements, guaranteeing their correct representation and integration into the project.
Coordination of BIM models with other architecture and engineering disciplines.
Review and control of the coherence, quality, and consistency of the information contained in the models.
Active participation in the various phases of drafting and technical development of projects.
