Project Manager - Airport Consultancy and Operations Management

We are looking for professionals with one of the following degrees:

• Degree in Aeronautical and Airport Management.

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.

• Other similar university degrees related to airport management, air transport, or the aeronautical sector.

• We will positively value having a Master's or postgraduate training related to airport management, air transport, operations, project management, business, or related areas.

Experience and knowledge:

• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience, mainly in projects related to the airport sector in the international field.

• Experience in airport projects, especially in areas related to operations, Safety, Security, Handling, passenger services, air transport, traffic analysis, or consulting.

• Experience in the direction, management, and coordination of projects, including planning, team monitoring, scope control, and direct relationship with clients.

• Knowledge and experience in financial models, economic analysis, feasibility studies, or business plans.

• Experience in the definition, monitoring, and analysis of quality indicators and KPIs applied to airport projects, services, or operations.

• Demonstrable English level C1 or higher.

• Ability to work professionally in English, including leading meetings, liaising with clients, conducting presentations, and preparing technical and executive documentation.

At AERTEC, we are looking to incorporate into our Airport Operations Consulting and Management team a professional with experience in the airport sector to participate in the development and leadership of consulting and operational management projects, with a special focus on international projects.

The person will join as Project Manager, combining project direction and coordination with the development of consulting work related to operations, air transport, and the airport business.

We are looking for a profile with transversal knowledge of the airport environment, analytical capacity, and experience in project and team management, who can operate autonomously in international projects and with international clients.

• Direction, coordination, and monitoring of consulting and airport operations management projects, both national and international.

• Development of air transport studies and aviation market analysis.

• Preparation of air traffic analysis and forecasts, including passengers, operations, routes, airlines, and markets.

• Development and analysis of financial models, feasibility studies, and business plans associated with airport projects.

• Participation in projects related to airport operations, Safety, Security/AVSEC, Ground Handling, and passenger services.

• Definition, analysis, and monitoring of quality indicators, service levels, and KPIs associated with airport services and operations.

• Analysis of operational information for the identification of trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

• Development of studies for the optimization and improvement of airport processes and services.

• Participation in airport business advisory projects, opportunity analysis, and definition of new business models.

• Preparation of technical studies, executive reports, presentations, and documentation for clients.

• Direction and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, performing monitoring of planning, scope, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Participation in and leadership of meetings, workshops, and presentations with national and international clients.

• Participation in the preparation of technical proposals and offers for new projects.

• Liaison with airport managers, airlines, handling agents, administrations, and other sector stakeholders.
