Civil Engineer - Drainage Specialist

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of drainage systems for infrastructure projects.

• Solid knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage network design.

• Experience in using hydraulic calculation and modeling tools.

• Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate fluently in international professional environments, both orally and in writing.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, technical autonomy, and results orientation.

• Previous experience in international civil engineering projects.

• Participation in airport infrastructure, road, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of specialized tools.

• Familiarity with international design regulations and standards.

• Experience in technical coordination with clients and teams from different countries.

At AERTEC, we are looking to incorporate a Civil Engineer specializing in drainage systems into our team, with at least 5 years of professional experience, to participate in the development of airport engineering projects on a national and international scale.

The selected person will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on the design and development of drainage solutions for infrastructure projects, in a technical, dynamic environment with a clear international orientation.

• Design and calculation of surface and underground drainage systems in civil engineering projects.

• Development of hydrological and hydraulic studies and sizing of drainage networks and structures.

• Preparation and review of technical documentation, calculation reports, plans, and specifications.

• Participation in the various design phases of projects, from preliminary studies to detailed engineering.

• Technical coordination with other engineering disciplines and international teams.

• Application of national and international technical regulations and standards.

• Technical liaison with clients and collaborators in international projects.
