Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 (Flexible entry schedule from 8:00 to 14:00 h).
Support in the coordination of accounting processes: orders, invoices, expense reports.
Data entry into the accounting management system and review of financial documents.
Organization and updating of databases and files.
Management of invoices, delivery notes, and review of supporting documents.
Daily reconciliation of banks and credit cards.
Control and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, rectifying errors.
