Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Studies.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (internships are also accepted).
Basic knowledge of accounting and proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
Intermediate English level, other languages will be valued.

The role

At Iman temporing Terrassa, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a company located in Terrassa dedicated to the metal trade sector, manufacturing and installation of security alarm systems for commerce, to join our team and support daily accounting management. If you are a lover of numbers and have a great sense of organization, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Assist in the preparation of payments and record financial transactions.
Manage the verification and recording of supplier invoices, ensuring their correct allocation.
Handle supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Update and maintain supplier master data.
Perform reconciliations of assigned accounts and analyze deviations.
Support the preparation of periodic financial reports.
Collaborate in monthly closing activities, respecting deadlines and procedures.
Provide support in internal and external audits.
