Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in transport teams, planning routes and coordinating teams.
- Driving licence C, CAP and tachograph card.
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for work.
- Own vehicle required to access the workplace.
Nice to have
- Specific training in transport (Higher Degree or similar) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics will be especially valued.

What you'll do
- Preparing, planning and optimising delivery routes and the resources needed to cover the service.
- Managing, supporting and assisting the shift's team of drivers.
- Resolving incidents arising from the delivery service (vehicles, people, etc.).
- Document and administrative management derived from the services performed and from team management.
- Collaborating on other tasks: reviewing store unloading areas, collecting and/or delivering vehicles to workshops, supporting deliveries, etc.
