Currently, due to our constant growth, we need to fill a vacancy for a Shift Supervisor for our Agullent plant

What you'll do

  • Control of personnel under your charge during the shift.

  • Start and/or end of production shifts.

  • Perform daily monitoring of the routine machine checklist

  • Manage the manufacturing process according to the planning and organization of plant management and according to available resources. With optimal use of energy and materials. Correct waste management.

  • Make correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the safety of workers.

  • Execute production orders according to the guidelines of Production and Maintenance management

  • Monitoring and verification of the daily checklists for shift starts and production orders on machines.

  • Hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection processes of the machines. Maintain workstation order.

  • Regulatory monitoring and control.

  • Comply with the approval requirements of the implemented management systems BRC, PEFC and always meeting the necessary requirements to ensure excellence in the production of food-grade packaging.

  • Generation of IDM (Improvement Ideas) in order to develop people's involvement.

  • Ensure compliance with PEFC CoC and its traceability
