What you'll do
Daily care for patients at their homes, in consultation, or remotely to provide various discharge services, equipment reviews, incident resolution, and equipment removal, striving for personalized and specialized care, informing patients and their families as well as verifying the understanding of the information provided, according to the procedures of the AL Group. Their main function will be to attend to patients for Sleep, BiPAP, Aerosol therapy, Oxygen therapy, Mechanical Ventilation, or other therapies as a Cough Assistant/ Secretion Aspirator/ Infant Apnea Monitor. Possible participation in care projects.

Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment and the consumable accessory material that will be used, as well as aspects relating to safety, hygiene, and related maintenance.
Provide the patient and their family with educational, audiovisual, and/or digital material regarding their therapy, the equipment, and other installed material, ensuring the good understanding of the patient and/or their caregiver.
Ensure the adequate stratification of the Care Plan.
