We are looking for a motivated and talented recent graduate to join our Role-Ready Graduate Program as a Welding and Industrial Gases Applications Specialist, who will become our technical reference for welding, cutting, and industrial gas solutions, based in Cornellá (Barcelona).

This is a permanent position from day one, designed to prepare recent graduates to achieve long-term success in their target role through a structured development itinerary.

Depending on the position's requirements, this itinerary may include a combination of on-the-job training, project participation, mentoring, job shadowing, functional assignments, technical training, and other development experiences.

The estimated development period to reach full readiness for the role is approximately 12-18 months, although this timeframe may vary depending on individual progress and business needs.

You will work closely with industrial customers, equipment manufacturers, and commercial teams to develop new business opportunities, optimize production processes, and promote innovative solutions that add value to the metal fabrication industry.

As a Welding and Industrial Gases Applications Specialist

• You will provide technical support and specialized advice to current and potential customers in the metal fabrication sector.
• You will collaborate with commercial teams to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• You will recommend the most suitable welding, cutting, and industrial gas technologies for each application.
• You will perform technical demonstrations, process trials, and industrial validations at customer facilities.
• You will promote value-added solutions aimed at improving the productivity, quality, and sustainability of manufacturing processes.
• You will develop technical relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology centers, professional associations, and training entities.
