We need to expand our team with a Welding Manufacturing Process Engineer, to join a large-scale industrial project within the railway sector.
What you'll do
🔧 What will your mission be?
Definition and improvement of manufacturing processes for welded structures, ensuring that every workshop operation is perfectly documented and optimized.
💡 What will you do?
Interpret blueprints and 3D models of welded structures, to develop work instructions that define the sequence of operations to correctly carry out the manufacturing of welded structures.
Refine these instructions based on process modifications identified during the initial manufactured units, in collaboration with the workshop.
Develop and modify Route Sheets (BOP) using TeamCenter, according to the drafted instructions and the necessary tools for manufacturing.
