The role

At Tecnio by thePower, we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate specialized welding professionals who want to share their experience and knowledge with the future professionals of the sector.

If you have practical experience in welding, are passionate about your profession, and are motivated to transmit your knowledge, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Delivery of theoretical and practical training: Transmit knowledge regarding the main welding techniques and procedures, combining technical content with practical activities.
Student support: Guide and supervise students during their learning, resolving doubts and facilitating the development of their professional competencies.
Supervision of equipment and tools: Promote the proper use of welding equipment and compliance with safety regulations.
Learning monitoring: Evaluate student progress and contribute to their technical and professional development.

📍 Locations and vacancies available

Currently, we are looking to incorporate 9 instructors in different locations:

Barcelona: 4 vacancies. Start date expected in December 2026.

Madrid center: 2 vacancies. Start date expected in December 2026.

Valencia: 3 vacancies. Start date expected between February and March 2027.

🎓 What are we looking for

Solid knowledge and practical experience in TIG, MIG/MAG, and stick welding techniques.
Experience in high-pressure pipe welding will be especially valued.
Experience in the use and maintenance of welding equipment.
Up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and the handling of tools specific to the sector.
Good communication skills and the ability to transmit technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficiency in office tools such as Word and Excel.
Previous experience as a teacher or trainer in welding will be very positively valued.
