What you'll do

Welcome customers to the establishment.

Assist customers with all matters relating to their purchase, identifying and satisfying their needs in accordance with the existing offer and the objectives set by the establishment.

Execute and record the sale, and process the payment.

Resolve customer complaints within their area of responsibility.

Prepare and package the products requested by the customer appropriately.

Detect replenishment needs based on sales made to maintain stock.

Support replenishment tasks for new products

Supervise the entry of goods, checking that it matches the previously placed order.

Promote purchases in the establishment following the instructions received.

Keep all available information up to date to properly guide the customer in their purchase.

How you'll work

40-hour weekly contract, Monday to Sunday

Rotating morning or afternoon shift

2 days off per week
