What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for retail, food, and people, and if you have:

  • Previous experience as a Shop Assistant, Non-Food Sales Assistant, Bazaar, Home, and Textile Salesperson.
  • Compulsory Secondary Education.
  • Office tools at a user level.
  • ROTATING SHIFT 30 hours /week

The role

As part of the Non-Food Department team, your duties will be:

  • Provide excellent service to customers by applying the Welcome model established by Alcampo, providing information to meet their needs.
  • Perform and/or supervise the reception of incoming goods, ensuring optimal conditions for product entry.
  • Replenish, face up, and rotate products on the shelves, avoiding stockouts and losses.
  • Support the Manager in performing inventories, orders, and merchandise transfers.
  • Perform tasks with versatility in the Home, Bazaar, and Textile departments.
  • Clean, organize, and supervise the shelves under your charge to guarantee an attractive product display.
