Requirements
What we're looking for
- Undergraduate, Master's, Postgraduate, or Vocational Training studies in Business Administration, Tourism, Event Organization, Marketing, Communication, Logistics, or related areas.
- Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or educational center.
- High level of Spanish and English, with a minimum of B2.
- Good command of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proactivity, service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
Nice to have
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis, as well as experience or interest in Microsoft Copilot, Canva, and other digital tools, will be valued.

The role
AEC Training & Operations Trainee

We offer a 6 or 12-month internship project, through an agreement with a university or educational center, at the Alcon Experience Center (AEC) in Cornellà de Llobregat.
The AEC is an international environment dedicated to the training of healthcare professionals and internal teams in areas such as cataract, glaucoma, and retina, as well as Alcon's solutions and technologies.
As an AEC Training & Operations Trainee, you will support the team in the planning and execution of international training programs. This experience will allow you to develop competencies in project coordination, event organization, logistics, communication, and digital transformation.
In this role, you will collaborate on:
What you'll do
- Coordinating and monitoring training courses, events, and projects.
- Managing attendees, speakers, travel, accommodation, and communications.
- Preparing training spaces, practical sessions, and wet labs.
- Preparing documentation, reports, presentations, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Creating materials and communications for courses and events.
- Using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Canva to improve operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
How you'll work
- 6 or 12-month internship project, full-time.

- Open space offices in the World Trade Center in Cornellà de Llobregat.
