ENF Training Technician - Granada

At SOS Children's Villages, we are looking to hire a Training Technician for the National Training School, based in Granada. We offer a permanent, full-time contract. The selected person will be responsible for the coordination, design, and implementation of specialized training programs, especially in the field of child and adolescent mental health, support for families and caregivers, as well as other training lines developed by the organization.

Main duties

- Design, planning, and coordination of in-person, online, and blended training actions.

- Development of contents and didactic materials.

- Management and monitoring of virtual training platforms.

- Coordination with internal and external professionals for the delivery of training.

- Participation in the design, execution, and justification of funded projects.

- Evaluation and monitoring of training programs.

- Preparation of reports, memoirs, and technical documentation.

- Collaboration with different areas of the organization to detect training needs.

- Travel for the coordination, monitoring, and delivery of training actions.
