The Youth Residence is a program that offers a group of young people the possibility to complete their learning process and personal development during the stage prior to emancipation. The educational intervention is based on the principles of normalization, comprehensive care, educability, and individualization.

At this time, we are looking for an educator with the aim of covering holiday periods during the months of November and December. Once this period has passed, the selected person will join the entity's job pool, with the possibility of continuing.

- Accompanying young people in their daily lives.
- Promotion of health, emotional balance, and personal autonomy.
- Encouraging positive relationships through participation to favor adaptation to the social and community environment.
- Carrying out the quarterly planning and evaluation of the Individualized Educational Project with the participation of the young person.
- Collaborating in the maintenance and care of the Residence.
- Maintaining adequate internal and external coordination with the rest of the professionals involved in the daily lives of the young people.
- Participating in the various working commissions.
