Long-term temporary contract.

Salary 1780 gross euros per month for 14 payments.

The Day Center is a community program framed within the scope of family prevention and strengthening, aimed at working with children and families in situations of risk, exclusion, or social vulnerability, offering them adequate socio-educational intervention and promoting strategies that enable an improvement in their personal, family, and social well-being.

At this time, we are selecting two educators for two of our programs located in Vigo. In both cases, this is a temporary contract due to long-term incapacity.

Accompanying members of the family system in the performance of daily activities for a greater knowledge of their immediate environment and the development of skills that improve their social integration.

Group intervention: Workshops on parenting skills and positive upbringing styles that enable an improvement in family and social well-being.

To provide a welcoming and communal space for the group of children, fostering their integral development and their competencies at physical, intellectual, emotional, and social levels.

To promote healthy attitudes, habits, behaviors, values, and lifestyles in children and families.

To offer learning strategies in the educational process of the children and involve their families in said processes.

To foster the participation of children and families in the different contexts in which they develop.

To favor different alternatives for leisure and educational free time.

To promote adequate integration of children and their families in different relational contexts, in coordination and networking with schools, social services, and other institutions acting in their environment.

To attend to the adequate training and empowerment of children and their families, starting from the development of their capacities and strengths.

To acquire mechanisms and skills that help children and their families resolve daily circumstances and difficulties.

Monday to Friday from 12:20 to 20:00. 7 days per year will also be worked on weekends.
