🛠 Position: Site Supervisor

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join a railway construction project.

• Direct supervision of fieldwork.

• Coordination of workers and subcontractors.

• Control of execution of structural reinforcements, concreting, and drainage.

• Management of night-shift work.

• Experience in civil works, preferably linear works.

• Leadership ability in the field.

• Stability: Contract in a solid work environment with long-term projects.

• Continuous training: Specific training plans for your role and professional development.

🛠 Posición: Encargado/a de Obra

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de gran impacto. Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Obra para incorporarse a un proyecto de obra ferroviaria.

• Supervisión directa de los trabajos en campo.

• Coordinación de operarios y subcontratas.

• Control de ejecución de refuerzos estructurales, hormigonados y drenaje.

• Gestión de trabajos en horario nocturno.

• Experiencia en obra civil, preferiblemente lineal.

• Capacidad de liderazgo en campo.

• Estabilidad: Contrato en un entorno laboral sólido y con proyectos de largo recorrido.

• Formación continua: Planes formativos específicos para tu rol y desarrollo profesional.

• Retribución flexible: Incluye transporte, restaurante, seguro médico, guardería y formación.
