The role

At B. Braun, we are looking to hire a Supply Chain & Logistics Project Coordinator for the Operations Development Logistic & SCM Department at our Rubí site.

The main mission is to guarantee the implementation and deployment of the global Supply Chain and Logistics strategy across the Iberia and Latin America subsidiaries, ensuring alignment between corporate standards and local execution.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate regional Supply Chain and Logistics projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and resources.
  • Act as a liaison between global teams and local organizations, driving the implementation and harmonization of processes, tools, and corporate standards, and guaranteeing the adoption of global best practices throughout the region.
  • Manage and monitor the area's KPIs, preparing reports and identifying improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiency and continuous process optimization throughout the region.
  • Provide support and advice to local teams in the implementation of new Supply Chain and Logistics processes, tools, and developments, coordinating testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Train and support key users in the adoption of corporate tools, procedures, and standards, guaranteeing their correct application.
  • Maintain constant communication with regional and global stakeholders, monitoring projects, needs, and improvement opportunities.
