What we're looking for

Higher Engineer or Technician. Intermediate or higher Vocational Training in building or similar.
Knowledge of BIM methodology and collaborative work.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Ability to generate and update models and plans

The role

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, requires the recruitment of a BIM Technician for an important Data Center project in Zaragoza.

Integrated into the project's Technical Office team, you will be responsible for the preparation, development, maintenance, and coordination of the project's BIM models, guaranteeing the correct integration of the technical and graphic information from the different disciplines involved.

Your main function will be to ensure the quality, consistency, and updating of the digital models, facilitating coordination between the different design, construction, and production teams, contributing to the optimization of construction processes and compliance with the BIM standards established in the project.

What you'll do

Generation and updating of models and plans.
Creation of specific BIM content.
Exporting models for coordination between teams.
Controlling and resolving detected interferences.
Participating in the BIM execution planning.
Participating in design reviews and coordination meetings.
Obtaining measurements from the model.
