Currently, we are looking for a System Leader to join our team of consultants on a permanent basis.

Functions:

• Act as an interface with the Client and the different project groups (SW, HW, MECH) for system requirements, system architecture, system integration testing, work products, and system test coverage.
• Work together with team members from all departments: test engineers, software engineers, hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, requirements management engineers, etc.
• Follow up with the different groups to ensure complete analysis, traceability, implementation, and testing of stakeholder requirements, system requirements, and system architecture.
• Direct, plan, coordinate, and control system requirements, system architectural design, system integration testing, and system testing activities.
• Define system integration strategies and system integration testing strategies.
• Document and maintain the system integration verification plan.
• Manage the system resources of a project.
• Perform project estimations (schedule, system resources, system tools).
• Plan, supervise, and control the review and status of system work products.
• Ensure the obtaining of requirements for stakeholder requirements, system requirements, and system architecture.
• Lead and supervise risk management activities for system requirements, system architecture, and system integration testing.
• Define the change management strategy for the project. Lead and supervise change management activities.
• Support quality assurance planning and monitor that the quality standards defined in a project are followed.
• Support planning of system-level safety activities (FSP, system test plan).
