STEM university degree.
Experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or QA Analyst in complex environments.
Experience defining and managing non-functional testing.
Knowledge of information architecture and architecture patterns
Knowledge of C/C++ and Object-Oriented Design.
Experience working with Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with different technical and functional teams.
High level of English.

What you'll do

We are looking to bring in a QA Non-Functional Test Lead to participate in an international ticketing project, taking responsibility for the definition, supervision, and monitoring of non-functional testing for critical systems.

Define the non-functional testing strategy for the system.
Coordinate and supervise performance, capacity, scalability, and stability testing activities.
Guarantee compliance with the non-functional requirements established by the client.
Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Analyze results, identify risks, and propose improvement plans.
Ensure the correct planning, execution, and monitoring of the tests performed.
Participate in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Prepare monitoring and reporting for the various project stakeholders.
Drive quality best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Review of your profile: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
