Squad Lead - IT Governance / Conformance Framework

📍 Location: Malaga
🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site in the office)
🌍 Languages: Upper-intermediate English (B2) (ability to converse fluently with the team)

Responsibilities

Lead the process harmonization approach within the project.
Define and maintain the conformance framework.
Coordinate technical and functional teams in platform integration projects.
Ensure alignment among the different project stakeholders.
Oversee the proper execution of the defined standards.

Requirements

Experience in platform integration projects.
Team leadership skills
Upper-intermediate English (B2) level, with the ability to communicate fluently.
