Job Description

We are looking for a person for the role of Claims Advisor for Implants, whose mission will be to ensure the correct functioning, control, and optimization of the processes managed by assistance companies in the Home and Miscellaneous lines, guaranteeing service quality and the customer experience.

What will you do at BBVA Allianz?

• Supervise the service provided by assistance companies in claims management.

• Perform on-site control of the operational flows defined by the company.

• Coordinate operations between the company and collaborating companies.

• Manage incidents and ensure their correct resolution.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, circuits, and service quality.

• Support assistance teams in the implementation of best practices.

• Verify the quality of the assistance-customer relationship.

• Data analysis / AI Tools (Copilot and ChatGPT)
