What you'll do

As a Senior Life&Pensions Lawyer, your mission will be to join the insurance business legal advisory team, participating in advisory tasks for the Pension Plans and Funds business and EPSV's, both individual and collective, and attending Committees and Control Commissions. We are redefining our way of working through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • You will advise the business, product, and operations areas on matters related to pension plans and funds, EPSV's, and life savings insurance, both individual and occupational. You will resolve complex product and operational queries in the Life and Pensions field related to contracting, modifications, transfers, benefits, and surrenders, among others.
  • You will provide regulatory advice regarding pension plans and funds, EPSV's, and savings insurance.
  • You will advise on the correct marketing of pension plans and funds, EPSV's, and savings insurance, both individual and collective.
  • You will advise regarding the convening of control commissions, governing boards, drafting and reviewing minutes, certification of agreements, registration of agreements in the Mercantile Registry and DGSFP, etc.
  • You will have to coordinate the relationship with the various regulators (DGSFP and Basque Government) and with INVERCO. You will draft and review contractual and commercial documentation associated with Life and Pensions products, proposing business-oriented legal solutions.
