As an

Automation & AI Specialist

, you will be responsible for defining and driving the company's intelligent automation strategy, combining RPA technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities through business process analysis.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Develop applications and workflows with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Lead the complete lifecycle of solutions, from identifying opportunities to implementation, maintenance, and evolution.
• Promote the adoption of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and smart automation.
• Define standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality, scalability, and governance of automations.
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, and different stakeholders to transform operational needs into high-impact digital solutions.
• Define and monitor success indicators related to efficiency, time savings, quality, and return on investment.
• Evaluate new automation and AI technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities.

• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to business processes.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience developing solutions with Python, JavaScript, or VBA.
• Certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
