What you'll do

Ensure GMP compliance in microbiology quality control operations and perform the technical approval of each analysis.

Approve analytical certificates for environmental microbiological monitoring of production rooms and fluids (purified water, compressed air, nitrogen, etc.)
Creation and modification of analytical methods.
Qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
Management of reference standards
Review and approval of validation protocols and reports, and analytical method transfers.
Design, creation, and modification of analytical methods.
Validation and transfers of analytical methods.
Creation, modification, and maintenance of LIMS Schedule (water, air, nitrogen, rooms, instruments...)
Management of the preparation and control of culture media.
