Quality Coordinator

As a Process Quality professional, you will be the point of reference within your area in the Production Unit, reporting hierarchically to the Manager and functionally to the Center of Excellence.

• Management and communication of quality Indicators in the daily UA (autonomous unit) meetings
• Ensuring compliance with process and product quality controls
• Definition and implementation of process and product quality criteria
• Management of process quality controls, their results, and records
• Management of quality incidents (internal and external) of the UA through analysis tools
• Quality documentation (Preparation, review, and control)
• Internal audits of the process and finished product, together with the internal audit and certification teams. Support in external certification audits (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Ensuring the calibration and verification of quality equipment, performing management together with production and maintenance
• Support in product validation and quality meetings (Color changes, Pattern Management, Samples, Tones, Defects and qualities, decision making, definition of quality criteria)
• Detecting training needs and providing quality training to personnel.
