AI and Data Analytics Coordinator

• STEM university degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related disciplines), or an equivalent career path with a strong analytical specialization.
• Previous experience in Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Engineer positions, with real exposure to data and artificial intelligence projects.
• High initiative, organizational capacity, and a clear orientation toward results, combining autonomy with the judgment to prioritize in demanding environments.
• Rigorous, structured, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to move between strategic vision and execution.
• Proven experience in the end-to-end development of ML/AI projects that have reached production, from understanding the business problem to implementing and monitoring the solution.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and the common AI/ML library ecosystem, as well as the ability to select appropriate tools and patterns based on the use case.
• Solid knowledge of good programming and software design practices: maintainable code,
• Experience with version control tools and collaborative coding (for example, Git, Bitbucket, or equivalents).

• Previous experience in the banking, insurance, or highly regulated sectors will be valued.
• Additional experience in the industrialization of solutions will be especially valued: APIs, containers, cloud environments, observability, deployment, and maintenance in production.
• Knowledge of SQL, visualization tools, and experience working with modern data product or AI architectures will also be valued.

From the AI department, we need to hire two people for the Coordinator position, based in Barcelona.
