Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in Health Economics / HTA (minimum 4 years)
Experience with French market, especially CEESP submissions
Proficiency in economic modeling, economic evaluation, and data analysis
Master's degree or higher in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or related field
Excel proficiency (VBA is a plus; R is a plus)
English fluent. French is a plus.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral
You show leadership and ability to take ownership of projects
You are able to mentor and guide junior consultants

The role

Job description
Join our HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access) department, a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 people located in 8 countries and representing over 15 nationalities. Our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in French Market Access (FMA) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).

What you'll do

Act as Lead Analyst / Project Lead on Health Economics and HTA projects
Take ownership of FMA-related activities, including work on CEESP submissions
Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and define appropriate methodological approaches
Lead the development of quantitative analyses (economic models, cost-effectiveness, budget impact, etc.)
Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables, especially in line with French HTA requirements
Manage projects and coordinate internal team members
Act as main point of contact for clients
Lead or contribute to client meetings and strategic discussions
