What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent

- Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Go,.Net, Java or equivalent

- Experience designing and building large-scale systems in a multi-tiered, distributed environment (Service Oriented Architecture)

- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

- Experience partnering with product or program management teams

- Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead

Nice to have

- Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking

- Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)

- Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic fast paced environment.

In this role within EU New Seller Success organization you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and improving high-impact solutions to enhance Seller identification, acquisition and growth processes. You will be part of a start-up like team, working across regions, with recruitment, product and engineering teams to deliver on ambitious roadmaps.
