  • Monitor pipeline development, conversion rates, sales cycles, win rates, revenue, and other relevant performance indicators.

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews to assess opportunity quality and maturity while identifying risks and growth opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and establish action plans whenever performance deviates from targets.

  • Report regularly to the Head of Sales on team performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and key risks and opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Strategic Growth:

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to execute the global sales strategy, translating commercial objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans.

  • Provide insights from the team, customers, and markets to inform decisions regarding target markets, customer segments, the ideal customer profile (ICP), and sales approaches.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and automations that enhance sales productivity, in alignment with the Head of Sales.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing on priority markets, pipeline generation, campaigns, and events.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers from Sales to post-sales and identify opportunities for account expansion.
