Requirements

What we're looking for

You bring 15 or more years of leadership in enterprise software or SaaS. You've designed and run integrated demand management frameworks in complex, global matrix organisations. You understand pipeline planning, whitespace analysis, target-account prioritisation, lead management, qualification, and routing. You've aligned sales, marketing, digital, partners, customer success, and operations around shared revenue priorities. You're experienced in partner-led go-to-market models, including co-selling, pipeline quality, and conversion. You've led distributed teams across global, regional, and market-unit structures. You communicate strategy clearly and influence senior stakeholders with ease. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced business degree is preferred.

The role

What you'll do

You'll own the global Corporate demand management strategy — the operating model, governance, and integrated demand plan aligned to revenue targets and Solution Area priorities. You'll translate market potential, whitespace, and target accounts into pipeline requirements and contribution targets by region, route to market, and Source of Demand. You'll mobilise Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Customer Success, and Services around one coordinated plan with clear ownership. You'll set standards for lead routing, qualification, handoffs, and ownership to reduce duplication and pipeline leakage. You'll govern pipeline health across all regions using analytics and AI-driven insight to identify gaps, redirect resources, and support accurate forecasting. You'll lead Regional Corporate Demand Leaders through shared planning frameworks, performance rhythms, and governance cadences that enable consistent execution at scale.
