We want to incorporate an accounting profile to guarantee the proper accounting management of the Group, with the aim of reporting reliable and useful information for decision-making.
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations in order to keep cash controlled in bank balances.
- You will be responsible for the issuance and accounting of supplier, creditor, and customer invoices in order to keep income and expenses recorded, as well as performing the corresponding collections and payments.
- You will perform inventories in order to ensure control over the company's stock at the end of a determined period, normally on a monthly basis.
- You will prepare provisions to record an expense or income in those cases where the invoice has not yet been received.
- You will be responsible for performing the monthly accounting entries for payroll in order to ensure the recording of the Group's personnel expenses.
- You will perform monthly depreciation of investment assets, after verifying the asset register.
- You will be responsible for squaring Wholesale, customer, and supplier portfolios in order to reconcile the corresponding balance.
- You will provide support to auditors to resolve possible incidents in the audit processes.
- You will prepare monthly or quarterly tax returns, depending on the Group company, in order to comply with the tax obligations of Grup Ametller.
- You will perform the monthly closing to obtain a final balance sheet.
