Ensuring compliance with established administrative and accounting procedures and supporting their analysis and optimization, with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing operational risks, according to organizational needs.
Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the Foundation, facilitating the flow of information and aiming to achieve efficient accounting expense allocation.
Proposing and supporting the implementation of improvements in internal procedures, especially in the areas of automation, standardization, and control.
Preparation of documentation for consultancies, auditors, and other external agents.
Comprehensive management of the supplier invoicing circuit, guaranteeing reliability, traceability, and compliance with internal deadlines and procedures:
Review, validation, and registration of invoices with accounting, tax, and analytical rigor
Correct imputation of expenses to cost centers, programs, and grants, ensuring consistency with budget and financing.
Management and monitoring of the approval, maturity, and payment circuit.
Preparation of payment remittances (transfers, SEPA, direct debits)
Resolution of incidents with suppliers with criteria of speed and reliability
Monthly reconciliation of supplier and bank accounts
Supporting the team during closing periods or absences.
