Accounting and Tax Technician

From Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a leading firm in Lleida, with a long track record and a consolidated client portfolio, in their search for an Accounting and Tax Technician to join their team of specialists and add value to their comprehensive advisory services for businesses.

· Comprehensive management of the accounting for the assigned client portfolio.

· Recording and reviewing accounting entries, invoices, bank reconciliations, and other accounting operations.

· Preparing and monitoring accounting year-end closings and annual accounts.

· Preparing and filing periodic tax returns and obligations.

· Advising clients on accounting and tax matters, resolving day-to-day queries and issues.

· Support in the preparation and review of taxes, as well as in handling requirements and communications with official bodies.

· Analysis of accounting and tax information and detection of potential issues or discrepancies.

· Participation in audit and tax closing processes when necessary.

· Coordination with other areas of the firm to provide a comprehensive, high-quality service to clients.

· Previous experience in an accounting and/or tax firm, managing a client portfolio.

· Solid knowledge of accounting and/or taxation, depending on the area of specialization.

· Proficiency in accounting/tax management software and office tools.

· Organizational, planning, and client-oriented skills.

· Catalan and Spanish required.

· Residency in the Lleida, Tàrrega, or Balaguer area.

· Experience with taxes, accounting closings, annual accounts, and filing of tax obligations will be valued.

· Problem-solving, proactive, analytical profile with a strong desire for professional growth.

· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, Administration and Finance or similar studies.

· Work-life balance schedule:

• Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• One day a week until 7:00 p.m.
• Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

You will be part of the accounting and tax area of the firm, independently managing a client portfolio and providing specialized advisory services based on your experience and area of knowledge.

Des de Paul Marlex col·laborem amb una assessoria de referència a Lleida, amb una llarga trajectòria i una cartera de clients consolidada, en la recerca d'un/a Tècnic/a Comptable i Fiscal per incorporar-se al seu equip d'especialistes i aportar valor en l'assessorament integral a empreses.

· Gestió integral de la comptabilitat de la cartera de clients assignada.

· Registre i revisió d'assentaments comptables, factures, conciliacions bancàries i altres operacions comptables.

· Elaboració i seguiment dels tancaments comptables i comptes anuals.

· Preparació i presentació de declaracions i obligacions fiscals periòdiques i anuals.

· Assessorament als clients en matèria comptable i fiscal, resolent consultes i incidències del dia a dia.

· Suport en la preparació i revisió d'impostos, així com en requeriments i comunicacions amb els organismes oficials.

· Anàlisi de la informació comptable i fiscal i detecció de possibles incidències o desviacions.

· Participació en processos d'auditoria i tancaments fiscals quan sigui necessari.

· Coordinació amb la resta d'àrees de l'assessoria per oferir un servei integral i de qualitat als clients.

· Experiència prèvia en assessoria comptable i/o fiscal, gestionant una cartera de clients.

· Coneixements sòlids de comptabilitat i/o fiscalitat, segons l'àrea d'especialització.

· Domini de programes de gestió comptable/fiscal i eines ofimàtiques.

· Capacitat d'organització, planificació i orientació al client.

· Català i castellà imprescindibles.

· Residència Zona Lleida, Tàrrega o Balaguer.

· Es valorarà experiència en impostos, tancaments comptables, comptes anuals i presentació d'obligacions fiscals.

· Perfil resolutiu, proactiu, analític i amb ganes de continuar creixent professionalment.

· Formació en ADE, Economia, Comptabilitat, Dret, Administració i Finances o estudis similars.

· Incorporació directa a una assessoria líder i reconeguda del territori.

· Projecte estable amb recorregut professional i possibilitats de creixement.

· Horari de conciliació:

• Dilluns a dijous de 9:00 h a 14:00 h i de 15:00 h a 17:00 h.

• Divendres de 9:00 h a 14:00 h.
