From Ananda Gestión, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant to cover a temporary leave of approximately 3-4 months in a company located in Abrera.
We are looking for an organized, decisive, and agile person, accustomed to managing different administrative tasks simultaneously.
Management and monitoring of workers' work reports.
Time control.
Telephone assistance.
Management and filing of documentation.
Performance of general administrative tasks.
Support in the daily management of the department.
Temporary contract to cover a leave of approximately 3-4 months.
Full-time.
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday:
Morning shift: 6:15 to 14:15 h
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month, from 8:00 to 13:00 h.
Start in Abrera.
