The role

Do you have basic knowledge of electricity or mechanics and are you looking for an opportunity to develop professionally in industrial maintenance?

At ANANDA ETT, we are selecting a Laborer – Industrial Maintenance Assistant to join the maintenance department of a company in the metallurgical sector.

We are looking for a practical, responsible person with a desire to learn, who will work under the direct supervision of the maintenance manager and collaborate on daily workshop tasks.

Extensive experience is not necessary, as we are looking for a support profile with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to continue training.

What you'll do

Main duties

Support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of industrial machinery.

Technical cleaning, greasing, and basic equipment maintenance.

Disassembly, assembly, and replacement of components.

Carrying out small mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.

Support in the organization and management of the materials and spare parts warehouse.

Travel to suppliers for the collection and procurement of materials.

Collaboration in other tasks specific to the maintenance department.

Duties

Requirements

Basic technical training in electricity, mechanics, electrotechnical installations, or industrial maintenance.

Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity.

Handling of hand and power tools.

Knowledge and use of a multimeter is valued.

Previous experience in workshops, maintenance, or similar positions is valued.

Multipurpose, responsible person with the ability to work in a team.

Additional Information

Joining the maintenance department of a company in the metallurgical sector.

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

Continuous morning schedule, from 07:00 to 15:00 h.

Position oriented towards continuity and professional development.

Practical learning alongside the maintenance manager.

Possibility to expand knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and machinery maintenance.

Varied work, combining workshop tasks, maintenance, and materials management.
