Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in customer service and/or order management.
Administrative-commercial profile, organized, decisive, and with good communication skills.
Computer proficiency and ease of working with management tools.
Basic knowledge of mechanics and automotive components, especially engines.
Ability to identify spare parts using references and vehicle data.

Nice to have

We will value previous experience in workshops, spare parts, component distribution, or technical-commercial positions.
Experience with TecDoc is highly valued.
Driver's license and own vehicle are valued for accessing the workplace.

The role

From Ananda Gestión ETT, we are selecting a Commercial Administrator for Automotive Spare Parts to join a company specialized in the reconstruction, distribution, and commercialization of turbochargers and diesel injection components, located in Sabadell.

What you'll do

Customer service via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
Resolution of inquiries regarding products, references, prices, availability, and delivery times.
Identification of turbochargers and spare parts using references, vehicle data, engine data, and technical catalogs.
Entry, management, and follow-up of orders in the computer system.
Verification of references, quantities, prices, and commercial conditions.
Coordination with warehouse and production to check availability and guarantee the delivery of orders.
Updating of customer databases, contacts, and commercial information.

How you'll work

Permanent contract.
Full-time.
Schedule from Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 18:30 h.
