About the role

Are you passionate about renewable energy and do you enjoy combining technical knowledge with customer advisory work? We are looking to bring on a Photovoltaic Technical Office Manager to join a project in full expansion within the renewable energy sector.

This is a strategic position where you will act as the link between the commercial team, installers and clients, adding value through technical analysis, specialised advisory support and monitoring of photovoltaic projects.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for analysing the technical needs of clients and installers, carrying out preliminary studies of photovoltaic installations, advising on the best solutions and providing technical support throughout all phases of the project.

Your work will go beyond a purely technical role, bringing a consultative approach that allows you to offer the best service and support to the client.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Specialised technical advisory support to installers and clients on photovoltaic solutions.

Study and analysis of energy needs to determine the most suitable solutions.

Basic sizing of photovoltaic installations and selection of equipment.

Technical support on inverters, batteries, monitoring systems and other components of solar installations.

Configuration and commissioning of inverters and equipment, both in person and remotely.

Technical monitoring of projects before, during and after installation.

Resolution of technical issues and after-sales support.

Management and tracking of warranties and technical services.

Preparation of technical documentation.

Support in public and private tenders.

Collaboration in the management and processing of subsidies related to photovoltaic installations.

Training and technical support for the commercial team and clients.

Keeping up to date with technological developments and new products in the sector.

Requirements

Higher-level vocational training (FP II) in Electricity, Electronics, Electrotechnology, Renewable Energies or similar.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the photovoltaic sector or in similar roles.

Solid knowledge of electricity and photovoltaic systems.

Experience with inverters, batteries and monitoring systems.

Knowledge of reading electrical diagrams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or other technical design software.

Experience in commissioning photovoltaic installations.

Ability to resolve technical issues independently.

Driving licence B.
