The role
From Ananda Gestión ETT, we are selecting a Site Manager for a consolidated company in the construction and renovation sector. The position is itinerant in nature for the supervision of different projects.
The objective of this position is to join a long-term project, moving past an initial assignment period to integrate stably into our client's workforce.
What you'll do
Main Functions The selected professional will be in charge of managing the day-to-day of the projects, assuming the following responsibilities:
Direct visit and supervision of the worksites.
Dealing and negotiation with suppliers and clients.
Work organization and team planning.
Budget preparation and control.
