The role

At Ananda Gestión, leaders in HR and recruitment, we are looking to hire a receptionist for an important company in the hotel sector in Olesa de Montserrat.

What you'll do

  • Guest check-in and check-out management.
  • In-person, telephone and email customer service.
  • Information and assistance to clients during their stay.
  • Management and supervision of the reception.
  • Resolution of incidents and inquiries.
  • Issuance and management of invoices.
  • Review and control of delivery notes.
  • Preparation and management of proforma invoices.

How you'll work

  • Rotating shifts: from 10:00 to 16:00 or from 17:00 to 23:00.
  • Part-time employment from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week and 1 free weekend per month.
  • Initial 3-month contract with real possibility of joining the permanent staff.
