What you'll do

- Full project management: Technical, financial, and administrative supervision of the assigned site.

- Cost control and planning: Thorough monitoring of the budget (cost study) and compliance with project milestones.

- Team leadership: Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff, ensuring maximum efficiency.

- Quality and safety assurance: Ensuring every phase meets the company's excellence standards and current health and safety (PRL) regulations.

- Direct communication: Reporting smoothly to the Technical Management and maintaining relations with the Technical Supervision (Dirección Facultativa).
